Business and Cancellation Policy
1. Prices for accommodation and other services which are published in the presentation materials (website, brochures, etc.) are informative. For the client is obligatory the price, which is listed on the voucher (the voucher).
2. The customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time prior to arrival. Cancellation of stay requires a written electronic form (e-mail with return receipt) to the address firstname.lastname@example.org. Crucial to the date of the cancellation is the date and time of sending the email.
1. Non-guaranteed booking is kept until 18:00 on the day of arrival, and then canceled. Cancellation fee is not charged.
2. For reservations guaranteed by credit card, the room is held until arrival. In case of cancellation after 18:00 the day before arrival or in case of no show, the first night is charged.
For larger groups can be arranged individual cancellation fees.
The hotel will not charge the cancellation fee if you could draw contracted services for the following reasons: bereavement, hospitalization or a family member, serious illness, military call up, disaster. The customer must provide proof within 3 days of the event.
These business and cancellation conditions are an integral part of the order and accommodation voucher (voucher).
